The Body Shop Xperts have combined your favorite sexy dances with exercise. Last nights Twerk Fitness pop-up class was lit. There were about 30 women that came out to get fit and feel sexy. The judgment free zone, created by The Body Shop Xperts, allowed the women to not only enjoy themselves but to bond with each other. The class was fun, energetic, and encouraging.
