Self-Confidence: a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.
1. The Speech
Every morning look in the mirror and motivate yourself, affirm who you are. Point out a few good qualities you have and what you would like to accomplish for the day.
Example:
“Good Morning beautiful. I love you. You’re an intelligent, sexy, and a loving person. Now, go show the world how creative you are. Go and get it, whatever it is that you want. You are the pilot of your life, so fly high.”
2. Style
Be sure to look your best! Every time you leave the house, you are entering a world full of people who are judging you. As long as you feel good about what you look like, it will be very difficult for hater to affect you. Your confidence in what you’re wearing can make others love it too.
3. Focus
Participate in activities that you are good at, or you feel good doing. Set goals for yourself and accomplish them. Every time you complete something your level of satisfaction will increase. This will cause a boost in your self-confidence. Focus on you.
4. Posture
People who walk with slumped shoulders and lethargic movements display a lack of self confidence. They don’t consider themselves important or they just come across that way. By practicing good posture, you’ll automatically feel more confident. Stand up straight, keep your head up, and make eye contact. You’ll make a great impression on others. People respect those who respect themselves.
5. Compliment others
People who think negatively of themselves usually project their feelings onto other people. They often use insults and gossip so that their issues remain in a closet. Get in the habit of praising other people. Refuse to engage in backstabbing gossip and make an effort to compliment those around you. In the process, you’ll become well liked and build self confidence. By looking for the best in others, you indirectly bring out the best in yourself.
